ITS OKAY TO FEEL UNMOTIVATED

This weekend was not a typical weekend for me.  I usually film Youtube videos and content for the week but not this time.

We sometimes fall into these funks where we don't feel motivated, it could be related to a variety of things for instance mine was lack of sleep which totally takes a toll on my mood and motivation.

And that's okay.  It is not the end of the world.  Don't put yourself down because of it and do not let it make you feel like you failed.

Just remember to go twice as hard for whatever your goal is when you’re ready.  Breaks and rests are necessity for putting out your best self.
